I offer a full restoration service on the Vitascope rocking ship clock
Overhaul charge starts at £170 (usually where the clock is in good condition but is just getting noisy)
- I can give a proper quote when i have examined the mechanism and you will have the choice on how to proceed.

I do not recommend sending Vitascope clocks they are just too fragile
* You could use an antiques courier.
* Pack the clock well with bubble wrap to protect it and use a box
* You could deliver and collect it
* I could collect it depending on location (I'm based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire)
* Please include you name and address on a piece of paper, or print out of email, inside the box with the clock
An overhaul involves: -
Strip down and clean the movement
Check operation and correct wear of parts
Check and repair other mechanism parts
Check - rennew wiring and that coil is safe
reassemble, oil and check operation
Fix - replace hands as needed
Clean and polish case
Other repairs as agreed
