Smiths Car Clock -

This Smiths 'car clock' originally had a magnetic back and would have stuck to the dash of a car from the 50s. Based on a traditional pocket watch but with the winder at the 6 O'Clock position.

 

Unrestored - but in running condition.

 

 

 

Condition: running. Dial good hands good, bezel ok, surround is dented on one side.

Known missing parts :- front glass, rear seconds hand wheel and rear magnetic cover

Jefferson Golden Hour Mystery Clock

I've photographed this against a pink background to enable the gold finsih to stand out.

The centre is glass which rotates and so drives the hands.
